The location was convenient near the main train station. The hotel offered a laundry room and it was very easy to use. The room was clean and well kept .

The air conditioning is centrally controlled so I could not adjust the temperature in my room at all times.

The location is super convenient! It provides direct access to Links Umeda. Dining options were very easy to reach. The bed was comfortable though the room included a purifier without a humidifier.

I think the wardrobe was tiny! and the hangers stack in front of each other, rather than across it.

The shower had a terrible moss smell it never disappeared I worried about mold The washing machine setup is bad There are few machines for such a big hotel and there was always a line Clothes smelled not clean after washing
